My new blog enocourages this kind of thinking for baby boomers who have been voluntarily or involuntarily retired and find that they are invisible in the traditional job market.  The answer--do what you love and figure out how to monetize it.  And it doesn&#039;t have to be just one thing...why not multiple income streams?</description>
