An exciting trend is the emergence of new &quot;AI-as-a-service&quot; infrastructure services, living entirely in the cloud.  These are forming &quot;intelligence plumbing&quot; for a wide variety of online / mobile apps: OCR, Language Translation, Image Search, etc.</description>
